Catherine Free
Catherine Free is a qualified Company Secretary and Governance Professional in England and Wales. Catherine is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and has 14 years of experience working in a range of professional services and “in-house” roles including companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Some of her previous experiences include project managing annual reports and AGMs, managing portfolios of over 70 companies, being named company secretary for over 30 subsidiary companies.
Catherine enjoys the cyclical nature of the routine company secretarial work and meeting deadlines. Alongside this is the varied role of a governance professional which has led to chairing several committees and a small local charity.
