The corporate practice spans share/asset acquisitions/disposals, international joint ventures, corporate governance, equity fundraising and securing SEIS/EIS approvals, debt/convertible finance, share incentive schemes and share capital re-organisations/buyouts and liquidations.
George’s intellectual property law experience spans software/technology licensing, patent copyright & trademark applications/registrations, prior-art searches and patentability issues, business/trademark/domain name conflicts, confidentiality and non-disclosure arrangements. He also advises on a variety of commercial matters including procurement, supply, outsourcing, distribution, title retention/factoring arrangements.
