Madeleine Rhodes
Madeleine is a commercial solicitor, qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2015.
Madeleine has advised on a wide range of commercial legal matters including terms and conditions of service, licence agreements, intellectual property matters and disputes. She also deals with and has a keen interest in data protection compliance and ensuring the free movement of personal data across international borders. Madeleine draws on her time spent working “in-house” in the pharmaceutical industry in order to take a commercial approach to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
