Employment Disputes

Regrettably, disputes with employees do occur both during the period of employment and upon its termination. We can also advise on more specific claims such as discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay and minimum wage, and constructive unfair dismissals.
We can advise on the merits of such claims and provide a commercial evaluation of your position to allow you to decide whether to settle or defend them.

If you need to defend a claim, we will either represent you ourselves or instruct experienced barristers with whom we have developed relationships to prepare any Tribunal documents and represent you at hearings.

We can negotiate a settlement on behalf of either party and ensure that all claims are effectively settled by way of settlement agreement.  Where we act for employees, we provide the statutory advice to enable you to settle such claims.
